LMSAR was formed in 2017 to address the fact that our area did not have access to professionals trained in aspects of search and rescue. The nearest organized team would take 2-5 hours to deploy and the lost person doesn’t always have that much time to spare.
Laure Mountain K9 Search & Rescue provides personnel trained in all aspects of searching for and rescuing or recovering lost and missing persons. We also provide certified search and rescue K9s trained in the disciplines of trailing, air scenting and human remains detection.
