Housed in a 1910 Queen Anne style former residence. A history museum, genealogical section and an extensive reference section emphasize the local area.

The Knoxville Public Library offers free access to Pennsylvania POWER Library, large type books and audio books for the visually impaired, internet access to all patrons with a signed document available at the Librarians desk. They’ll deliver books and other materials to anyone in the community who is housebound.

The Knoxville Public Library maintains an extensive genealogy section and their museum of local items is quite extensive. It contains many local history items.
